Gary Marsh has been an innovator and entrepreneur all his life.

He began his career as a child Actor in Hollywood and has been immersed in the film industry and a driving force of its evolution ever since.

In 1971, Gary created Breakdown Services, which revolutionized, standardized and accelerated the entire process of Casting. He transformed the way in which Agents and Casting worked together.

In 2002, Gary developed Actors Access as an online platform for Actors to become more involved in the marketing of their careers. With the addition of Eco Cast in 2006, Actors and Casting Directors were able to enjoy the convenience of online auditions.

From those humble beginnings nearly 50 years ago, Breakdown Services now has relationships with every major studio, network and streaming service in North America, a database of over 1.1 million Actors, and releases a staggering 43,000+ projects per year for Film, Television, Theatre and Voice.

Breakdown Services publishes an incredible 95% of all professional film and TV projects in North America and is the most trusted provider of Casting support services for the industry.

Actors Access continues to push the envelope and step into the future with their new mobile app allowing actors to submit from anywhere and receive customized audition notices.
