Molly Goforth is a Spiritual Wellness Practitioner and the founder of An Actor Repairs, which offers workshops and facilitation to help actors reclaim the joy in their artistic lives. She holds a MFA in Acting from Rutgers University and Certification in Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center. She has taught at NYU/Tisch School of the Arts, The New School for Drama MFA Acting Program, William Esper Studio, and many other schools and studios in the U.S. and abroad. Molly has taught, coached, directed and advocated for hundreds of actors over the course of her career. She is a member of the International Association of Coaches.

Molly has been helping actors manage their stress, reaffirm their belief in themselves, and improve their self care practices to withstand the daily struggles of being an actor. Molly’s years of work has allowed artists to become much more confident and create careers that are sustainable by building up their tools to overcome challenges. No one said this career would be easy, but Molly aims to make it more manageable and less spiritually and physically destructive.
