Diane is a working actor who knows the challenge of meeting expenses, raising a family and trying to support yourself on an Off Broadway contract. She is also one of the founding members of Fair Wage Onstage and was present at the talks with Equity when they chose to come on board and throw the Union’s weight behind negotiations. As an actor it’s important to know the value of your work. Acknowledge the effort it takes to create a sustainable performance and career. If you need help or want changes made to create a workable environment, find support in your peers and protect your rights.
